Welcome to the New Loligoth DBS!

Welcome to the new Lolita Database! We are reborn from the old Loligoth DBS and back and better than ever! We have a new look, new moderators, and most importantly, and new efficient system for leaving feedback for other members of the EGL Sales Community. Relying on Livejournal got to be a pain, so we moved the database over to its own domain!

Much like the old system, you will be able to view current feedback stats for all the active buyers and sellers in the community. As you may have seen, the old system crashed, and that could be due to many reasons. Everyone left a comment for posting feedback, comments would get piled up, and load times would be slow.

The new system is a more efficient, simple way to leave positive, neutral and negative feedback, as well as a brief description of your purchase. The way this will be done is using a simple form. You fill out the form, hit submit, and your feedback submission is sent to the moderators, who will update the master lists on a daily basis. We have more moderators to accommodate the size of the sales community and the number of feedback submissions that come in, so we can update quicker and the list will always be up to date in real time.

The master lists of the positive feedback will be separated into 3 parts: _(underscore) – H , I – R and S – Z. Having three parts instead of two should also make it easier to keep track of, and less likely to crash. The positive submissions will go to our Positive Feedback Moderator, xbiteyourtongue, and she will add it to the list. The negative feedback will work much like the old one did, only there will be a form, and you will have the ability to choose a reason for negative feedback, and give a description of the experience. The Negative Database will be split in two parts: _(underscore) – M and N – Z. The negative submissions will go to our Negative Feedback Moderator, black_cheshire, and she will add the experiences to the corresponding username, or add the username if it is not on the list. Neutral feedback will all be on one page, and all neutral feedback submissions will be sent to our Neutral Feedback Moderator, mikachanyo.

To prevent spam submissions, there will be a CAPTCHA verification system on the submission forms.

When filling out the username sections of the submission form, you need not include the html formatting for the lj username. Just type in the username, and we will add it to the list if it is not already there. Please make a separate submission for each person you are leaving feedback for.

Please do not leave comments on the feedback posts. I realize this is how it went on the old system, but with the new one, there is no need to leave comments, therefore comments will be disabled. However, you may leave comments on the rest of the database, in the posts that ask for updates. If you need us to fix your username or add your sales journal (if you have one) to your existing username, you can send an email to the administrator, admin@loligothdbs.com.

Finally, please do not abuse our feedback system. We want this to be a place where buyers can come and see who they are buying from, and we want it to run as smoothly as possible.
