Description of experience: I used ssale’s service to bid on an AaTP headdress and a book — both auctions were ending fairly soon, and she responded very quickly to my messages and was able to win both auctions for me. The items were shipped quickly, and I was kept up to date throughout the transaction. This is my 2nd time using ssale’s service, and I would happily recommend it to anyone else looking for a shopping service. :3

Description of experience: She helped me bid for a BIN auction that was ending very soon (I did not give her much notice). She has been very quick with my requests and her communication has been excellent. I would definitely use her shopping service again especially with the low service fees! My only complaint is that I would have liked for my items to be protected in extra bags within the package just to protect it from any harm.

Description of experience: I used her shopping service to get stuff from y!j. A very understanding lady! Communcation wise, she is very sweet and responsed very quickly too. She took the effort to inform me when the items from the auction has reached her and shipped them out fast too, and she even took care to have the plastic headbands bubblewrapped and placed in a smaller box within the bigger box along with a skirt. Recommended shopping service! I would definitely love to work with her again! <3

Description of experience: So wonderful to deal with. Bought Imai Kira items through her shopping service, shipping, her fees, everything was very reasonable and excellent. I bid on an Angelic Pretty OP on mbok through ssale’s service, and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. She was quick to reply to my original inquiry, helpful during the payment/bidding process, and when she didn’t email me directly, she made it a point to let me know that I could find quick updates on her sales journal. My item arrived promptly after she won it for me, and was very well packaged. The packing and the item were both in great condition. I’d very gladly do business again.

Description of experience: I bought some Swimmer earphone keepers from her and she was quick to reply and ship my item. They got to me very quickly and I am very happy with them. She also emailed me and asked if I understood how to use them too (they’re really tricky to figure out if you can’t read the Japanese instructions but I was able to get them after a bit) and offered to explain the directions better, which I thought was very nice of her.

Description of experience:I originally went to ssales to buy a dress,headbow,and sock set from Angelic Pretty.But they sold out on every single piece I wanted.She was kind enough to go searching around the net to find the exact pieces I was looking for.She found all but one and I thought it was soo very sweet of her to look instead of just refunding my money and disappearing!The shipping was VERY fast and she even helped me after my first order had been shipped out and then found something else that I was looking for! Description of experience: I bought a pair of Alice and the Pirates OTK socks from her, they photos she posted were excellent, and she replyed quickly to any questions I had about them. She shipped from Japan, and they still got here very quickly. I love these socks, and I’d totaly buy from her again. She also gave me a little japanese kit kat bar with my purchase!
