I had placed an order for An*tai*na Antenna Style Frill Rocking Horse Shoes in pink with an optional heart buckle. The shoes are fantastic, and shipping was very fast. Communication was excellent. Very highly recommended!!

Back before x-mas of 09 I ordered the Dream of Lolita blue enamel heart bag.After taking a while to ship out to me the bag was lost in the mail.Of course not Qcute’s fault but by this time it was taking far too long for my liking.Qcute however ordered a whole new bag for me and even upgraded the shipping to UPS 3-day to compensate for the delay.All in all Qcute has been very understanding and responded to e-mails right away.I will gladly order from them again.

I recently recieved the first of what i KNOW will be many orders from Qutieland. I purchased the Misty Morning Tartan Skirt and Beret. I ordered after the “Christmas Deadline” order date, so construction took over a month- but I didn’t mind (they let me know in an email that it would take longer than usual). Once they did let me know it had been shipped, it arrived promptly and in beautiful condition! Both products are beautiful.
The communication was wonderful- I have already ordered more items from Qutieland, and I have recieved the same great level of communication from them. I highly recommend this business!

I bought a pair of Dolly Pearl shoes from this seller. I preordered them, and all the transactions went smoothly. Unfortunately, the shoes were a little late on the assembly line, and it did take a couple days for them to reply to my email (hence why I gave them a 4), but they answered all my emails afterwards right away.
Over all the experiance was amazing and I will definately buy from them again :3

Description of experience: I bought a pair of Meranda boots from QCute, they informed me that I wouldn’t get them till the end of the month because of a trip the company was going on, I thought it was alright. We had a little bit of trouble getting my invoice, but I believe it’s because my paypal email can be a little confusing. I finally got the invoice, paid quickly, and waited patiently for the shoes, but I ended up receiving them about mid-month, which I was VERY happy and excited about. The box was banged up and dented (Poo on the postman!) but the shoes were perfectly fine. I would definably buy from them again.
