Description of experience:i bought an emily temple cute jumperskirt from the seller. It came very well packaged in a bubble envelope and then in a large zip lock bag. She answered my questions about which postal service she had used when it became late and was calm and helpful. She did not answer a messege in regards to whether there was any way I could track my package but it did not matter in the end as it came the day after I had sent her the messege.I would have no problems using this seller again.

Description of experience: The dress was NWT as described and arrived promptly. I asked the seller to write down a lower value to avoid horrendous custom fees which she oversaw (wrote it as a comment with my pp transaction). She even offered to pay a partial refund for the customs but it wasn’t necessary at the end because I was lucky the customs clerk believed my story ^^ Really smooth communication. A pleasure to do business with!
