How to Submit Feedback

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR PEOPLE ON THIS POST! IT WILL BE IGNORED, OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IT ON THE APPROPRIATE PAGE!

Since we have changed the system for leaving feedback, we need to tell you how to leave feedback for someone!!

Each user that was in the database lists prior to our switch now has their own feedback post in the database. That means, you can take the url of the dbs (www.loligothdbs.com), and add /insertusername to the end to find the user you are looking for. Or, on the right side of the page, there is a dropdown menu of all the tags for each user.

If the user you are leaving feedback for does not have a post, you may use this handy dandy feedback page request form:

On each feedback post, there is a box where you can leave a comment. If you are a registered member of the dbs and are logged in, it will use the info you have on file, otherwise, you will have to fill in your username in the name field, and your email address. URL/website isn’t required, but if you want to put your blog or journal you can.

This is the format you should use when leaving feedback:
Type of Feedback: (positive, neutral, negative)
Are you a buyer/seller/trader/GO organizer or GO participant?
Communication rating: (1 to 5, 1 being lowest)
Shipping rating (if applicable): (1 to 5, 1 being lowest)
Description of experience:

A good description of experience would be something like this:

I bought a blouse from this seller and she kept me updated every step of the way. Shipping was fast, service was excellent, and I will definitely do business with her again, and recommend her to anyone who asks.

A bad description of experience would be something like this:

Bought a blouse. Good seller.

The description of experience is especially useful when leaving neutral or negative feedback for someone. That is the only way that potential customers will be able to judge a buyer/seller. So when leaving neutral or negative feedback, please be as detailed as possible, including links to sales posts, links to screenshots, etc. Let us help you in the long run.

Also on each feedback post is a star rating system, which you can use to rate a user over all. Please do not abuse this star rating system. If we figure out its being abused, I will remove the option to leave it.

All feedback submissions are moderated, so you will not see your comment show up immediately on the post. It will be put in the queue and will be added shortly after.

Please be advised that we have a strict rule against retaliation feedback. If you have received negative feedback, you MAY NOT leave negative feedback in retaliation, unless it is warranted (ie, a buyer leaves a seller negative feedback after filing a chargeback with the seller, and the seller turns around and leaves negative feedback for the buyer because she filed a chargeback). If retaliation feedback is submitted, it will not be accepted into the database. If your feedback was declined, or you have negative feedback that you would like to appeal, and you feel it unfair, you may email the admin, admin@loligothdbs.com (or in the case of negative feedback, negative@loligothdbs.com) and we will investigate both sides thoroughly.

      If you could please fill out one feedback page request (can be found on the homepage of the DBS, it would be much appreciated. It helps me stay organized when adding pages. You can just put all three names on one form^^
