Regarding the Loligoth Guestbook
I am not sure how this trend got started, but YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN THE GUESTBOOK AFTER LEAVING FEEDBACK! (This also means the shoutbox!)

Regarding Negative Feedback
It has come to the attention of myself and the moderators of the Loligoth DBS
that a lot of people don’t know or are unclear on our rule for leaving negative feedback on the database. Especially in regards to negative feedback being left in retaliation of another negative feedback submission.
We’d just like to make it known that negative feedback left in retaliation to another submission WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!! Because of this, a lot of people fear that if they leave negative feedback for a bad transaction, they will get negative feedback in return. This is not and never will be the case. If you have a bad transaction with someone on the sales community, you should not be afraid to leave negative feedback for them. Its the only way that we as buyers and sellers can gauge a determination on whether or not to do business with that person or not. This is also why we have a Scammers and Known Aliases database (and we also weed out what submissions go to that as well, since some people like to spin their definitions of a scammer).
When you submit negative feedback, it gets submitted to me, the administrator, before it gets sent to the negative feedback moderator. I then determine whether it is valid, or if its been left in retaliation to someone else’s submission. If it has, it gets dealt with accordingly. As I mentioned before, you should NEVER be afraid to leave negative feedback for someone.
If someone does give negative feedback however, and feels it was left in bad taste to a transaction, they have the ability to dispute it with the administrator, and we will get to the bottom of it and see who or what is truthful in the situation.

Welcome to the New Loligoth DBS!
Welcome to the new Lolita Database! We are reborn from the old Loligoth DBS and back and better than ever! We have a new look, new moderators, and most importantly, and new efficient system for leaving feedback for other members of the EGL Sales Community. Relying on Livejournal got to be a pain, so we moved the database over to its own domain!
Much like the old system, you will be able to view current feedback stats for all the active buyers and sellers in the community. As you may have seen, the old system crashed, and that could be due to many reasons. Everyone left a comment for posting feedback, comments would get piled up, and load times would be slow.

Regarding Group Order Feedback
Thanks to a good suggestion from an EGL user, I’ve now made it so you can leave group order feedback on the database using the positive, neutral or negative feedback forms. If you are a group order participant, you may leave feedback for your group order organizer, and visa versa.
If you’ve got questions, just let the admin or the mods know^^
